Jason Parra, a senior at Long Beach Millikan High in California, won the Division 1 boys title at the CIF Southern Section Championships by covering the adjusted 3-mile rain course layout in 13:57.4 at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut. Parra helped Millikan earn eighth place with 193 points.
