Jason Parra, a senior at Long Beach Millikan High in California, placed second in the Division 1-2 boys varsity individual sweepstakes race by covering the 2.93-mile layout in 14:58 at the 75th Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational Presented by Nike in Walnut, Calif. Parra helped Millikan triumph against Chaffey by a 165-173 margin to secure the team title.
