Jason Parra, a junior at Long Beach Millikan High in California, placed second in the Division 1-2 boys individual sweepstakes race at the 74th Mt. SAC Cross Country Invitational Presented by Nike in Walnut, Calif. Parra covered the 2.93-mile course in 14:54 to lead Millikan to a fourth-place finish with 182 points.
