Jason Parra, a junior at Long Beach Millikan High in California, finished fourth in the Doug Speck boys sweepstakes race at the 41st Woodbridge Cross Country Classic Presented by ASICS at Great Park in Irvine, Calif. Parra covered the 3-mile layout in 13:56.5 to become one of 17 male athletes in meet history to eclipse the 14-minute barrier.
